AWP has made a positive difference in the lives of thousands of kids by
providing outstanding educational productions and joyful performing
arts training. Shows are jubilantly laden with artistic, academic,
social and environmental themes.
AWP's 25 year history of contributing to the community includes the following achievements:
* Produced and toured 25 original musicals that have impacted over a million young audience members
* Original, social-issues musicals made available internationally through publication
* Produced 40 classic plays and musicals
* Provided charitable performances
* Featured on Television and produced industrial films
* Premiered the first "Kid's Cabaret" at the Punchline Comedy Club, becoming a popular performing outlet for hundreds of kids
* Created a Theatre School and Performing Arts Camp serving students from 5 continents
* Offered hundreds of scholarships to creative children in need
* Launched an abundance of careers in Television, Film, Radio & on Broadway
